no, silly. eye use it as an electronic signature. nobody else uses the word ‘eye’ as a substitute for the first ‘i’ in a piece of writing. just me.
if i were illiterate, i would confuse even larger words than ‘i’ and ‘eye’, or i would confuse ‘i’ with ‘!’
